In our quest to find ways to reach more of you with information, exercise

coaching and suggestions, news, health education and support...

We have developed an online fitMS program that will offer all of the above

and a place for members to post comments, questions and ideas for future

topics.

A few details...
...questions, topics and comments posted to the site will not be answered individually but may be addressed

on the site in the future.

...only members will have access to and be able to post on the fitMS online web site. The original fitMS

web site will not change except to provide a place to pay the membership dues to fitMS online

and a live link to go to the new site.

...the plan is to sell advertising space on both fitMS sites with the goal of generating enough income to

produce a new DVD. fitMS has evolved a great deal since the DVD was released in 2004.

We need to record Program 2!!!!

...fitMS online membership costs $5 per month...paid annually ($60). We hope to premiere October 1st, 2008.

fitMS online is ready to process prepaid memberships. The 12 month subscription will not begin until email

notification is sent to you providing the user name and password.

I hope those of you who can't get to a live class or the quarterly lunches will find the online program

gives you some what you're missing.
