The 'fitMS' fitness program is designed to reduce fatigue, improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and range of motion. Our classes are challenging without being exhausting. Our goal is to help you increase your energy level and improve your emotional wellbeing as you improve your physical health.
 
 

fitMS   (level 1)

This class is a perfect introduction to the fitMS program. It introduces yoga, stretching, stability ball and relaxation techniques.

 



 

 

 

 In Balance   (fitMS level 2)

This advanced class incorporates tai chi, yoga, pilates and balance ball techniques. Strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation are addressed in a faster paced class that incorporates rhythm and breath work.
