The fitness portion will be  a video clip demonstrating a fitMS move, pose or activity used in the live fitMS classes and on the program 1 DVD in depth. Explanations will include 'how to', 'why' we use it and how to modify it to compensate for an individual's level of difficulty. To subscribe to "fitMS online" by mail please follow steps 1, 2, 4 and 5 below. Membership is $5 per month paid annually at the start of the subscription.

The nutrition portion of the site will include a new article each month contributed by a nutritionist. It will also include an easy healthy recipe which will often be gluten free.

The chiropractic portion will be contributed by a chiropractor/ acupuncturist each month. 

The attitude/ inspiration page will be provided by one of the other contributors, a member or a guest professianal in a related field. 

We will also have an "in th news" page where links to or items found in the media the prevoius month will be posted.

Lastly, each page will have room to post comments, questions or items of interest for contributors to consider addressing in future months. 

If payment is received mid month you can choose to include the current month or start on the first of the following month. Please be aware that you will need access to the internet to utilize your membership.

Program 1 is for practice while standing and Program 1 modified is for practice while seated. The modified version is also slightly less difficult because one sequence from Program 1 is omitted. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY THE MODIFIED VERSION IS AVAILABLE IN VHS.

Either version can easily be adjusted to allow practice to continue through changes in physical capabilities.
